The Inspiration Behind His Career and Writing
Natansh’s journey as an HR professional began with a curiosity about why people act and think as they do. His industry experiences deepened this interest, revealing that even when organizational metrics and strategies are sound, the outcomes can be unpredictable due to human factors. “Where was this gap coming from?” he questioned. “It all boils down to how we deal with people.” This realization sparked his commitment to exploring human psychology both professionally and creatively.
Challenges and Motivations
Balancing dual careers in HR and writing has not been without its challenges. Natansh cites time management as a recurring struggle, along with the unpredictable nature of human behavior and the often overlooked importance of HR functions. Nevertheless, his passion for bringing out the best in people fuels both his corporate and creative work.
Notable Achievements and Goals
Natansh has held leadership roles beyond his corporate life, including three years as the President of the Sinhgad Alumni Association. He has authored two novels: Love’s Hangover, which was an Amazon bestseller, and his latest work, Shattered Illusions. These novels delve into human relations, psychology, and the interplay between technology and society. Through his books, Natansh aims to provoke thought and self-reflection in readers, encouraging them to see the world through a more psychologically nuanced lens.
Looking Ahead
For Natansh, the journey is far from over. His goals include continuing to explore the intricacies of human nature, both in the workplace and in fiction. “Bringing out the best in people motivates me and pushes me to explore more,” he shares.
