The second is Auditor AI, which contributes the remaining 50 points. This independent assessment examines areas including the Software product, software development lifecycle, organizational structure, customer support, security, and privacy practices.
Together, these assessments generate a single 0-100 Trust-IQ Score™, giving buyers a more comprehensive reference point when evaluating software providers.
Separating Trust From Popularity
One of the key principles behind the Trust-IQ Score™ is independence.
Smartreview AI has developed an architectural integrity firewall between its commercial systems and scoring engine. The systems responsible for generating a company’s score do not have visibility into its commercial relationship with Smartreview AI.
This separation is designed to ensure that certification does not determine the outcome of an assessment. In simple terms, paying for certification does not buy a higher score.
